RECEPTIONISTS

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join Springfield Motor Group.  Responsibilities include answering a busy switchboard and directing calls, greeting and directing visitors to the relevant department, updating the attendance register, handling incoming and outgoing post and general admin duties.

Basic computer skills would be an advantage.

Good telephone skills gained from previous experience on a busy switchboard and a pleasant personality are essential.
