· Use of high pressure hoses to clean vehicles to a high standard
· Window cleaning, wheels, door handles and mirrors
· Vacuum and clean upholstery and carpets
· Waxing and polishing surfaces
· Application of gels and other finishes to bumpers and trim

Assistant Sales Manager

Looking for an individual who is customer service focused yet passionately profit motivated. 

An individual where no matter how much work there is to do in a day, has the ability to get it done and more whilst still been able to give customers their full attention. Be able to prioritise what is important. 

Main Duties include 

Embracing the Citroen and DS champion role which incorporates ensuring the Citroen and DS vehicle are presented in the correct way in the showroom and priced accordingly. Interacting daily with the other Citroen and DS champions around the country and sharing best practices. Attending the frequent courses and updates at Coventry. 

Where the GSM is busy, working with a sales person and a customer and ensuring each and every customer is taken through our rigid sales process to include offering the add-on products and finance, you need to maximise sales and profit 

Second facing customers should come naturally and whilst we have a very friendly working atmosphere it is imperative to get in on the deal early on and supporting the GSM to speak to every customer before they leave the showroom with the main purpose if they have not bought a car is finding out the obstacle to overcome. 

Aiding in proposing the finance to the relevant finance companies in order of customers policy in order to maximum finance income, signing the customers up on finance and funding the agreements. 

Ensuring the site looks it best at all times, been vigilant with the pitch to ensure every car is straight and in line, there is no litter on the pitch or any untidiness in the showroom 

Been active on our Facebook account pushing daily and weekly deals and replying to customer comments. 

Aiding the GSM to manage the team to ensure maximum scores are obtained in CSI and the online training 

Aiding the GSM to ensure all leads are answered within the maximum 2 hour window and logged and followed up 

Helping to create prospecting campaigns and monitoring that it happens and the effectiveness of the campaign to tweak for the next one. 

Contributing in morning meetings to try and keep them informative and fun yet educational 

Answering live chat conversations and making appointments for the sales team 

Where all the sales team are busy been capable of taking a cold customer through the sales cycle to completion 

Helping ensure no customers are on the pitch or in the showroom who are not been looked after and matching a sales person up to the customer where not 

Covering the GSM on days off and holiday so needs to able to absorb and retain a lot of information quickly and efficiently 

Working with all departments to harmonise the sales process and ensure the customer gets the best possible experience first time 


Having a full understanding of the complex Citroen and DS campaign to ensure the customer is receiving the correct deals
